My Mission

To create meaningful experiences that resonate through honest emotion and thoughtful storytelling. By connecting art and audience, I aim to spark relativity, curiosity, and a deeper sense of purpose in those who engage with my work.

My Experience

From September 2021 to July 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to serve as President of RedHawk Media, a student-led media organization dedicated to creating and sharing content for our campus and community. We got to do some amazing things—offering free professional headshots for students and staff, documenting campus events for our YouTube channel, producing commercials for local businesses, and teaming up with RedHawk Sports Network to broadcast sporting events. It was an unforgettable experience that allowed me to lead a creative team and make a real impact on campus.

Below I have highlighted some of my work.

The ‘I AM IUN’ project was an oral history initiative by the John W. Anderson Library, created to build a digital archive of school and community history. I had the privilege of not only producing the entire commercial for the project but also invited to teach a class for participants on one-on-one camera interviewing and scriptwriting. It was an incredible experience to help preserve stories while sharing my knowledge of media production.
Haunted Hills Haunted Attractions in Crown Point, Indiana, invited RedHawk Media to film a commercial showcasing our crew experiencing their attractions. It was an exciting project that allowed our team to capture the thrills and atmosphere of their haunt while highlighting our team’s production skills.
Documented Indiana University Northwest’s Welcome Week campus activities for Fall 2023, capturing the spirit of the event to showcase the excitement and community engagement.

‘Hawk-Sense’, was a podcast I created through RedHawk Media. I did the writing, the hosting, the editing, the production alone for this podcast and it was our most successful podcast to come out of RedHawk Media. I have included some of my best work from the podcast below.

This video essay explores Marvel’s Venom’s character and why modern media adaptations have struggled to capture his full depth. From his comic book origins to his on-screen portrayals, I break down what makes Venom truly iconic—and what’s missing in recent adaptations.
This episode highlights my on-air personality, storytelling skills, and extensive knowledge of comic book history and culture.
With this episode I display updates that came to the video game Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 (2023). I try to keep things more informative to get all the points across however, I keep things flowing naturally. Natural cuts, natural reactions, natural gameplay. Nothing is too polished or too scripted. It makes the audience connect with the host if they are talking to them like a human and not just a camera.
This Hawk-Sense episode was entered into the BEA Festival of Media Arts, a nationwide competition. I focused on Spider-Man 3 (2007)—a highly anticipated film with strong story elements and box office success, yet often criticized by the superhero community. Using my deep knowledge of the genre, I reimagined and rewrote the film’s story to create a more cohesive and compelling narrative.
In this Hawk-Sense episode, I explore holiday-themed events in comic books, analyzing how creators craft seasonal narratives while balancing character development, storytelling structure, and thematic impact.

My personal YouTube channel is a fun hobby of mine. A way to keep my skills in writing, hosting, producing, and editing sharp while having a bit of fun with topics I enjoy. Below I have included some work I feel represents that.

In this video I discuss what I would like to expect from Spider-Man Brand New Day, a film to debut July 31st, 2026. I take the audience through multiple realistic scenarios of what we could see from the production of this film and the story. I feel as if my research skills and storytelling shine in this production.
In this Video Essay I discuss the complex yet historical cinematic rights dispute between Sony Pictures and Marvel. Breaking down the contingencies and updates to the deal over the 25+ years of its existence, I am able to easily inform the audience about the deal in a way that is easy to consume and engaging. I feel as if this production is my most research heavy and well researched at that.
